Shopify CLI 3.91 Adds In-Admin Dev Preview Management

Shopify has updated the Dev Console in Shopify CLI version 3.91 to display all active dev previews and their extensions directly within the Shopify admin interface.

The Dev Console now provides a centralized view of development previews without requiring developers to switch between tools. The interface displays metadata for each preview, including the developer who created it and the last update timestamp.
